1.At present
Nothing on the site is paid at present, so no refund question arises. This page sets out the rules that will apply once paid services are introduced (see also the Terms of use).
2.The main rule: cancellation
You can cancel a subscription at any time with one button in your profile. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the paid period, the subscription no longer renews, and money already paid is not refunded.
The exceptions are listed in section 3. Your statutory rights are not limited by this rule (section 5).
3.When money is refunded
We refund money if:
- the same payment was charged twice: in full;
- money was charged without your consent, for example after you cancelled a subscription: in full;
- a fault on our side or a long unavailability of the site kept you from using the access you paid for: proportionally, for the time you had no access;
- we discontinue the service or close your plan: the remaining part of the paid period, proportionally;
- we change the terms or the price materially and one-sidedly, and you refuse the change: the remaining part of the paid period, proportionally (see the Terms of use).
What happens to a paid period during a pause (self-exclusion) will be published on this page before paid services start.
4.When it is not refunded
No refund is made on the ground of withdrawal from the contract if, before paying, you asked with a separate tick for access to start immediately, confirmed that you thereby lose the 14-day right, and the supply started. This does not affect the cases listed in section 3.
A match ending differently from our forecast is not in itself a ground for a refund: a payment is the price of access to analytical content, not of a result. This does not limit your statutory rights.
5.The 14-day right to withdraw from the contract
As a consumer you will have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, as provided by the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights. If you withdraw within that time and the supply of digital content has not started, we refund the payment.
Where the law allows, this right does not apply to digital content supplied immediately, if you explicitly asked in advance for immediate supply and confirmed that you thereby lose this right.
Which plans and packs this right applies to, and which not, will be stated on this page before paid services start. A withdrawal form will also be published on the site; you can also send the withdrawal statement to [email protected].
6.How to ask for a refund
Write to [email protected] from the address of your account and give the payment's date, amount, transaction number (from the receipt) and the reason. For a double charge, a charge without consent or a fault, write as soon as you notice it.
An accepted refund goes back through the same payment method you paid with, within the time limit set by law. We will state the time for reviewing a request and making the refund on this page once the bank is chosen.
