1.About these terms

These terms of use (the “Terms”) apply to everyone who uses the website SV Sport at svsport.ge (the “site”) in any of its languages. The service provider is the site owner (“we”, “us”) named at the top of this page. Its name is shown there and, once it is registered, its identification code and address too. You can contact us at [email protected].

By using the site you accept these Terms. To create an account you must also accept them, together with the Privacy Policy, by ticking the box on the registration form. If you do not agree with the Terms, please do not use the site.

The Terms are published in Georgian, English and Russian. If the versions differ, the Georgian version prevails.

2.What the site offers

SV Sport is a sports statistics and analytics media site. It shows football and basketball matches, results and live scores, league tables, team statistics, model-based probabilities (in %) for match outcomes, and articles based on our own data.

The site serves for information only. Predictions are for information only and are not a recommendation to place a bet.

The site can be used without an account. Using the site and creating an account are free of charge at present (on the paid services planned for the future, see section 8). Some parts of the site are only for people aged 25 or older (section 5).

3.The site is not a gambling service

SV Sport:

• does not organise or conduct gambling or any other prize games;
• does not accept money for taking part in gambling and does not transfer such money;
• does not hold money for gambling: the site has no balance that can be topped up or withdrawn from;
• does not run contests, prediction competitions or prize draws;
• takes no payment, commission or other benefit from gambling organisers;
• does not show the offers or prices of gambling organisers and does not name or advertise them;
• contains no links, promotional codes or referral links to gambling organisers;
• does not promise the result of any match.

4.Probabilities and predictions

The probabilities on the site are calculated by statistical models from past data. A model can be wrong, and any match can end in a way the model considered unlikely. Past results, including our own accuracy statistics, do not predict future results.

Every published prediction is fixed when its match kicks off and does not change after that. All published predictions are kept in the archive, including the ones that turned out wrong, and the accuracy statistics are calculated automatically from all of them.

We do not promise any result. Any decision you make using information from the site is your own decision and your own responsibility. The probabilities and predictions are only for people aged 25 or older (section 5).

5.Age limits

The sports content of the site is open to everyone, without an age limit: live scores, fixtures and results, search, team form, line-ups, injuries, news and the overall count of our correct predictions.

The following parts are only for people aged 25 or older, which has been the minimum age for taking part in gambling in Georgia since 2022:

• the model-based probabilities (%) and forecasts for matches: the result, double chance, goals and expected goals, likely scores, corners, cards, fouls and shots;
• the daily prediction sets with their archive, and our published predictions on the live board (the pick and its probability);
• paid services, once they are introduced (section 8).

These parts need an account (a free one is enough). A visitor without an account sees a notice in their place, with links to register and to sign in. A signed-in user sees them when the profile holds the 25+ confirmation and a date of birth showing 25 or older; if it does not, the user completes it on the account page. The answer to the age question in the first-visit window does not unlock these parts (see the Privacy Policy). Please give only true information.

Only people aged 25 or older can create an account. Registration requires the date of birth and the confirmation that you are 25 or older; both the registration form and our database refuse a date of birth under 25.

We may close an account if we have reason to believe that it was created with false data, including a false date of birth.

On your first visit the site asks whether you are 25 or older. If you answer “No”, the site no longer shows you the parts listed above and does not remind you of them; you can change the answer through the link in the footer. On your account page you can start a pause (self-exclusion) for 7, 30 or 90 days, or for good: during it these parts are not shown, the pause also stops the automatic renewal of a paid subscription, and it cannot be lifted before it ends (see Responsible gambling).

6.Responsible gambling

The site does not encourage anyone to gamble. If you decide to take part in gambling, do so only with licensed organisers, only within the law, and never with money you need for everyday life.

The state register for self-exclusion: the list of dependent persons (Revenue Service). Through it a person can restrict their own participation in gambling.

If gambling is becoming a problem for you or for someone close to you, stop and seek help from a doctor or an addiction specialist, and talk to people you trust.

7.Your account

An account is optional and free. You can register with an e-mail address and a password, or sign in with your Google account. The Privacy Policy explains which data we keep and why.

When you register or complete your profile, give accurate data. Keep your password secret and do not share your account with others. If you suspect that someone else has access to your account, change your password and tell us at [email protected].

On the account page you can change your date of birth and preferred language, change your password and sign out. Signing out ends the session in the current browser only; other devices stay signed in until their own sessions end.

You can delete your account yourself on the account page (“My data”): the account and the profile are deleted at once. You can also write to [email protected] from the address of the account; we carry out such a request within 30 days. Either way we keep only what the law or these Terms require us to keep (for example the anonymised consent records - see the privacy policy).

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms (see sections 5 and 11).

8.Paid services (in the future)

At present everything on the site is free and we charge nothing. We plan to introduce paid services: monthly and yearly subscriptions and packs of additional analyses. This section and sections 9 and 10 set out the rules that will apply to them once they are introduced. Points that are not settled yet are marked as such and will be published before the launch.

What you pay for: a payment is only the price of access to the site's analytical content for the period or pack paid for: statistics, analyses and model-based probabilities. A payment does not buy any result, winnings or income, nor a promise of them: the model can be wrong (section 4). A match ending differently from our forecast is not in itself a ground for a refund; this does not limit the statutory rights listed below.

Once paid services are introduced:

• payments will be received by the site owner, a company or individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia whose name and identification code will be shown at the top of this page, into its own bank account, and the income will be taxed under Georgian tax law; we will not introduce paid services until these details appear on this page;
• you will receive a document confirming each payment (a receipt);
• paid services will be only for people aged 25 or older; before the first payment we will require an identity and age check through a bank or a verification provider, and we will not keep copies of identity documents;
• the payment page will show, above the payment button: the plan, the period, the final amount in lari charged now, with a launch price also the later amount and the date it applies from, the next renewal date, how to cancel and the seller;
• a subscription renews automatically until you cancel it; renewal, the reminder and cancellation are described in section 9;
• payments will be made by card through a Georgian bank or payment provider; we will not store card numbers;
• as a consumer you will have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, as provided by the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights;
• where the law allows, this right will not apply to digital content or a digital service supplied immediately, if you gave your explicit prior consent to immediate supply and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal;
• refunds will be made in the cases and within the time limits set by the law and by the refund policy.

Paid services will never include anything these Terms exclude: no organising of gambling, no offers of gambling organisers and no promise of results.

9.Subscription, price and automatic renewal

This section applies once paid services are introduced (section 8).

The plans, what each of them includes and all prices are shown on the pricing page. Prices are in lari and final, with all taxes included. A paid plan can be taken for a monthly or a yearly period. A pack of additional analyses is a one-off payment and does not renew.

• Automatic renewal: a subscription renews automatically at the end of each period and the price of the next period is charged, until you cancel. We ask for your separate consent to this on the payment page.
• Launch price: while a launch offer runs, a new subscriber pays the launch price for the first months and the regular price after that. Both prices, how many months the launch price lasts and the end date of the offer are shown on the pricing page and on the payment page. After that date the launch price no longer applies to new subscriptions.
• Reminder: before every automatic renewal, and before the first higher charge after the launch price, we send you an e-mail reminder with the date and the amount of the charge. You receive it within the time stated on the payment page. If the reminder could not be sent, we postpone the charge.
• Cancellation: at any time, with one button in your profile, without giving a reason. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the paid period and the subscription no longer renews. We confirm the cancellation by e-mail, with the last day of access.
• Confirmation and receipt: after the first payment you receive an e-mail with the terms of your subscription, and a receipt for every payment.
• A pause (self-exclusion) also stops the automatic renewal of a subscription. What happens to a period already paid for during a pause will be published before paid services start.

When money is refunded is described on the refund page.

10.Changing your plan

Once paid services are introduced, moving from the free plan to a paid one, from monthly to yearly, or from one plan to another is a new contract. We therefore ask again for all the required consents on the payment page and send you a new confirmation e-mail.

11.Acceptable use

You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

• collect content or data from the site automatically (scraping, bots, bulk downloading) without our written permission;
• resell, republish or otherwise distribute the site's content, statistics or probabilities without our written permission;
• try to break or bypass the site's security, access accounts or data that are not yours, or overload the site;
• use the site for anything unlawful or to harm other people;
• create an account with false data.

We may restrict access to the site, or suspend or close the account, of anyone who breaks these rules. Sharing a link to a page of the site is always allowed.

12.Intellectual property

The texts, the design and the computed statistics and probabilities on the site belong to the operator, unless stated otherwise.

The names and marks of teams, leagues and competitions belong to their owners. They are used on the site only to identify matches and do not imply any connection with those owners or their endorsement.

Match data comes from external sports-data providers and is used under their terms.

13.Limitation of liability

We take care to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but data can contain errors or arrive late, and live scores can lag behind the match. The site is provided as it is, without promises about its accuracy, completeness or availability (see also section 4).

To the extent the law of Georgia allows, we are not liable for:

• losses arising from decisions made using information from the site, including any money lost in gambling;
• interruptions, delays or errors in the operation of the site; for a fault or a long interruption of a paid service, money is refunded under the refund policy;
• errors in data received from third parties.

This limitation does not apply to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or to harm to life or health. It does not limit your right to go to court.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law, or your rights as a consumer.

14.Changes to the service and availability

We may change, add or remove features of the site, stop it temporarily for maintenance or security, or discontinue a feature altogether. We try to keep interruptions short, but we do not promise that the site will always be available.

If we discontinue a paid service or close a plan, we refund the remaining part of the paid period proportionally (refund policy).

15.Third-party services

If you choose to sign in with Google, Google's own terms and privacy policy also apply to that sign-in. The site may link to the websites of public bodies and other third parties; we are not responsible for their content.

16.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms, for example when the service or the law changes. The version and date of the current Terms are shown at the top of this page.

We will announce material changes on the site, and we will also tell registered users by e-mail once we have set up sending such notices. Where a change needs your consent, we will ask for it again.

A material one-sided change to the terms or the price of a paid subscription will be notified to the subscriber by e-mail in advance, before it takes effect. If you do not accept the change, you can refuse it: the subscription then ends and we refund the remaining part of the paid period proportionally (refund policy).

If you continue to use the site after a change takes effect, the updated Terms apply to you. If you do not agree with them, you can stop using the site and ask us to delete your account.

17.Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Disputes are resolved by the courts of Georgia.

If you use the site as a consumer, you keep all the rights that consumer protection law gives you. Before going to court, please write to us at [email protected]: most questions can be resolved that way.
